Effective Date: January 1, 2026. Applies to redlandsconcretecontractor.com and all services provided by Redlands Concrete Company.
By accessing or using our website at redlandsconcretecontractor.com or by engaging Redlands Concrete Company to perform any concrete services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Redlands Concrete Company provides concrete contracting services in Redlands, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to: concrete driveway installation, concrete patio construction, stamped and decorative concrete, concrete sidewalks, garage floor concrete, concrete retaining walls, concrete pool decks, concrete steps, slab foundation work, foundation installation, concrete parking lots, concrete footings, foundation raising, and concrete cutting.
All services are subject to a written contract or proposal agreed upon by both parties before work begins. The scope of work, materials, timeline, and pricing are defined in that written agreement.
Estimates provided by Redlands Concrete Company are based on information available at the time of the site visit or inquiry. An estimate is not a binding contract until both parties have signed a written proposal or agreement.
Final pricing may change from an initial estimate if unforeseen site conditions are discovered during work - such as buried debris, unstable soil, unexpected utilities, or conditions that differ materially from what was visible at the time of the estimate. We will notify you of any required scope changes before proceeding with additional work.
All prices are in US dollars. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated in writing.
Once a project is scheduled, we commit crew and materials to your job. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may result in a fee to cover crew scheduling and material costs incurred.
We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather conditions that would negatively affect the quality of the concrete work, including extreme heat, rain, or freezing temperatures. We will notify you as early as possible in the event of a weather-related reschedule.
If you cancel a project after a deposit has been received, the deposit may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or significant scheduling accommodations have been made. The specific terms will be outlined in your written agreement.
Payment terms are set out in your written proposal or contract. In general, we require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion. The specific deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified in your agreement.
Accepted payment methods are outlined in your contract. Invoices not paid within the agreed timeframe may be subject to a late fee. Continued non-payment may result in the project being paused or in the matter being referred for collections.
Redlands Concrete Company reserves the right to file a mechanics lien on the property in the event of non-payment, in accordance with California lien law.
Redlands Concrete Company will apply for any permits required by the City of Redlands or other applicable local authorities for the scope of work agreed upon. Permit fees are the responsibility of the client and will be included in the written estimate. Work will not begin until required permits have been issued. It is the client's responsibility to disclose any known HOA restrictions, easements, or property line information that may affect the scope of work.
Redlands Concrete Company warrants that all concrete work will be performed in a workmanlike manner consistent with industry standards for residential and commercial concrete construction. Specific warranty terms - if any - will be stated in your written contract.
Concrete is a natural material subject to cracking over time. Hairline cracks that develop as a result of normal curing, shrinkage, or environmental conditions (such as temperature fluctuation or soil movement) are not covered under warranty unless otherwise specified in your contract.
